My Newest Photoshop From An Old Idea

Like the title says, this is a picture I just made, but the idea was one I had all the way back in September 2010! I hope it's liked. This is a composite, the moon is from the super moon on March 19th, and the stone henge picture I took in October when I was in englad :)

My First Henry's Photo Course

Today I went for my first course at Henry's School of Imaging. I went in for studio lighting, and I really enjoyed it. I thought the teacher was fun and knew her stuff well. Definitely recommended. I will post the pictures from today on my blog. If someone from the course finds them, and they want me to take them down, send me an email by clicking here and I will be more than willing to take them down. I am not selling them, I am merely using them to showcase my work, and just to show what I did today. But please if you don't want them up just let me know and I will not hesitate to take them down :)

As an added note, none of these photos are processed, they are just the RAW images that were just imported into lightroom and exported to add the watermarks and metadata.

As you can see, after I turned the camera into PORTRAIT MODE the PORTRAITS turned out better... Funny how life works eh?

Incandescent Light Bulbs Are Green?

Now a days, everyone is switching from incandescent light bulbs to the greener fluorescent bulbs. Now that is great, we are helping the planet 1 light bulb at a time, but what about all those incandescent light bulbs? What happens to those? You just throw them away. sure they can be recycled, but think of how much the planet does not love you when you are hurting it while trying to make it better. I'd argue saying that by replacing the lights and throwing the old ones away you are damaging the earth more than saving it.

Scared? Fear no longer, here is a great solution! Mini greenhouses. What's that you say? Well it's exactly as its name suggests, a mini greenhouse. Here is a picture of one I made.

If this green project is of interest to you then you are in luck because I have made a step by step guide on how to make your own! Click here for the instructions.
